Shipping Refunds Artisan Chocolats de CaliBressan

SHIPPING INFORMATION: We ship products to any destination in the U.S. We recommend next-day air from April to November and 2 day air for the rest of the year. We decline any responsibility for chocolates melted during transport and when there is no one to receive them.

Each order is carefully packaged to minimize damage to contents and ensure freshness. This includes insulation and the use of cold packs and secure packing.

To prevent melting or discoloration, we recommend that all Chocolats du CaliBressan chocolates be kept cool (63F-66F) and stored in appropriate conditions upon receipt. Should you decide to refrigerate, please place in a re-sealable type of bag or container and let it warm up to room temperature prior to opening. A product that is made with care should be handled with care.

At present we are unable to ship to PO BOX addresses.

 

              Shipping Deadlines:

Please allow 48 hours for processing. Orders will be shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

Refund policy

Refund will occur if it is the direct fault of Chocolats du CaliBressan.

No refund for all damaged/melted or late delivery due to carrier or natural causes.
